ELECTRICALLY HEATED AGITATING HOT AIR MELTERS
The insulated double jacketed hot melt machines require a site 3 phase 415v power supply (within 20 metres) to run the motor and power the 2nr heating elements . All machines are thermostatically controlled and are fitted with paddle agitators.
OPTIONS
Available as a 1.5 drum model all machines are supplied serviced, PAT tested and certfied in accordance with the requirements of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
The drums should be emptied at the end of the day so as to prevent Hot Melt materials setting in the drum overnight as this can cause chargable damage to the agitators and/or electric motor on start-up the next day.
HIRE INFORMATION
Hire machines must be returned empty of any Hot Melt material to prevent Hot Melt materials setting in the drum and cause chargeable damage to the agitators and/or electric motor.
All hire machines are on a first come first serve basis, and subject to confirmed availability.
